As much as we may want to, we may not ALWAYS be the best company for our customer. It takes an entrepreneur with integrity and a balanced ego to recognize and accept when they are not the best fit for their customer. We can’t be everything to all people. So, if you can’t fill your customer’s needs or solve their problems as well as someone else, let them go, make recommendations, be honest. The payoff will be far greater than you can ever imagine.
