Do something nice every week, just for you. Be specific, and recognize that you are taking that action because you deserve it. It can be anything. Read a book, take a bath, get your nails done, do your hair, or buy yourself flowers. Doesn’t matter what the action is as long as it is something that you wouldn’t normally do for yourself without feeling a little guilty. Eventually you will recognize your worth and be able to accept the gifts that come your way.
