(those are the features) but smooth shave, easy to hold onto, those are the benefits for buying that razor. Customers always buy what is beneficial to them and are oblivious to the bells and whistles, mind blowing features that you are sure will turn everyone into a buyer. Take a moment to examine your product or your service and find out what is in for the customer. That is what will create a loyal fan that will be willing to pay higher prices and be loyal to your brand.
