I’ve been walking. 10,000 steps a day walking. In case you didn’t know, that is a lot of walking. It averages about 4.5 miles a day. When I first started doing it, it took a lot of determination to get these walks in. But finally, I created a little game with myself. I pretended I had to go walk my “imaginary” dog. When I had a dog, obviously I walked him. And so it makes it a whole lot easier if I create this mindset up like it is an ordinary day. And that is how I’ve been accomplishing my goal.
