Okay, maybe the photo is a bit extreme, but walking does have it's benefits!! In a study conducted at Stanford University, participants that took a walk came up with 60% more ideas and creative solutions than a group that remained seated in a room looking for answers.
On a personal note, I've been trying to walk 10,000 steps a day, roughly 5 miles and can confirm that walking provides many creative solutions to challenges I'm facing, spawns observations and material to develop and create the business tips I frequently write about, and is a great stress reliever!
So, in need of fresh ideas or just a dose of general well being? Take a walk!!!
