We don't always know what our customers want. Asking the right questions will get you more in touch with what the customer really needs. I also like when a company focuses on a message that really isn't specifically related to their product. IKEA asked questions and found out what was really important in this commercial about the other letter. They also did an amazing job creating a message about life that ties back into their brand and their values and the values of their customers. Enjoy.
