Business can get so busy and crazy, there is no room to breathe. When that happens, creativity dies, and growth slows to a standstill. Keep oxygen away from the business and it will probably die. On my morning walks, I’ve found I have time to breathe. It’s kind of hard to keep my mind quiet, the ideas just flow and flow and it ‘s like candy to a kid. I’m walking and talking into my phone recorder as fast as I can. Your inspiration may come from a variety of places; my husband always finds his in the shower, but make sure you take the time to breathe and you will find inspiration and creativity abounds!
