Do Right By Your Customers

NEWS FLASH!  I just read Frontier is joining Spirit airlines and charging an extra $20 -$50 for overhead storage. Next thing you know, we will have to pay for airspace, floor space, and probably even have to pay a charge for using the restroom!

THE OVERWHELMING MESSAGE I get from this new policy is greed. Pure and simple greed. It makes me want to NEVER fly Spirit or Frontier, or any of the other airlines out there that blatantly disregard the needs of the customers. And hopefully the customers get smart and refuse to patronize these airlines. I’ve sung the praises of Southwest Airlines before, but never have I appreciated their commitment to customer service and doing right by their customers more than I do during these unsettling times. And that is what customer loyalty is all about.
